What it means to be a Team Member at collective
We own our growth. We pursue growth, we have faith that is bold, and we invite others to experience God, find community, and do something that matters.
We serve consistently. We show up reliably so we can be a constant presence in the lives of the people we serve.
We show up ready. We arrive on time and prepared to serve because it honors our fellow team members and our guests.
We engage fully. When we attend, we sit toward the front, worship actively, take notes, and model the kind of participation we want to see in others.
We make room for guests. We park farther away and, when possible, attend the first service rather than the second so we can leave the best seats for guests.
See map here.
We represent Collective well. We follow our Team Member clothing guidelines.
See guideline here.
We communicate. We use Planning Center Services for scheduling and Sunday details and Slack for team communication, because being clear is kind.
The Planning Center Services App - where Team Members accept serving requests, put in block-out dates to share unavailability, and can see Sunday-specific details to come prepared to serve. Add a photo to your profile!
The Slack App - where Staff and Team Members celebrate wins together as a whole team and communicate information within specific teams.
HERE you will find guidelines we expect our team members to follow on the app. Add a photo that displays your face, your name, and the title of the team you serve on.
We stay connected. We use the Church Center App to stay informed about what’s happening at Collective.
