HELPFUL TEAM INFORMATION

Use the drop down bars below to learn more about what is offered to you as a Team Member.

  • Each time you serve you will be a part of a meeting that shares Vision, Information, and Prayer to direct you in your serving.

  • Lanyards are worn by Team Members on Sunday mornings to quickly identify their serving roles and to help establish a clear understanding of safety clearances.

    White = Sunday Team Leaders | Background Checked

    Red = Operations Team | Safety & Medical Training | Background Checked

    Yellow = Collective Kids & Media Teams | Background Checked

    Black = Collective Team Members

  • We park in the least convenient spots to save spaces closer to the front for guests to create the best experience possible for them.

    See map & where you should park based on your schedule here.

  • If you’re bringing children, Collective Kids Before Care opens at 7:00am. This is our way of supporting parents who want to serve! Learn more about Before Care HERE.

    • Our Breakfast Team provides breakfast for our team members that are serving during the first service and Collective provides light snacks and waters for serving Team Members to grab on Sundays.

    • You’ll have teammates to connect with in times of need. From sharing prayer requests and Sunday serving swaps to filling MealTrains, our Team Slack app helps us care for one another.

    • We know you don’t serve for recognition, but Collective loves finding ways to appreciate our Team! From surprise treats and clothing, to being some of the firsts to know about upcoming events, stats, and new gear, Team Members get the fullest experience of what’s happening at Collective.

    • Throughout the year, we plan special events for the whole Team and individual Teams to connect, have fun, and celebrate all that God is doing at Collective.

  • When you are part of the Collective Team, you are expected to use Planning Center Online for scheduling and Slack for Team Communication so that there is a simple way to stay connected.

    Please download these apps so we can get you set up!
